Because we work with fresh flowers, seeds, and tubers — all living things — shipping looks a little different than it does for big-box stores. Fresh flowers are available for local pickup or local delivery only (if applicable), as they are too delicate to ship safely.

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within [5] business days, not including weekends or holidays. During busy seasons (spring planting time, fall harvest, etc.), processing times may be slightly longer — we appreciate your patience as we carefully pack each order.

We ship using trusted carriers such as USPS / UPS / FedEx. Once an order leaves our hands, we are not responsible for delays, damage, or losses caused by the carrier, though we’ll always do our best to help if an issue arises.
