At Hidden Hollow Flowers & More, we put a lot of love, time, and care into everything we grow and send out. Because we work with living things — flowers, seeds, and tubers — our refund policy is a little different from a typical online shop. We appreciate your understanding and are always happy to help when something doesn’t go as planned.

Fresh Flowers

Fresh flowers are perishable and sensitive to weather, timing, and handling.

  • All fresh flower sales are final.

  • If your flowers arrive damaged or in poor condition, please contact us within 24 hours and include a photo.

  • If there’s an issue caused by our handling, we’ll do our best to make it right with a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

Seeds

Seeds are a natural product, and growing success depends on many factors outside our control (soil, weather, watering, timing, and more).

  • Seed sales are final.

  • We do not offer refunds or exchanges for seeds once they have been shipped.

  • If you believe you received the wrong item or your order arrived damaged, please reach out within 7 days of delivery.

We’re always happy to help with growing tips or answer questions to support your success.

Tubers

Tubers are living, seasonal products and are carefully inspected before shipping.

  • Tubers are non-returnable.

  • If your tubers arrive damaged, moldy, or not viable, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

  • If an issue is confirmed, we’ll offer a replacement or refund when possible.

We cannot offer refunds for tubers that fail to grow due to planting conditions, weather, or care practices beyond our control.

If we made a mistake with your order — wrong item, missing item, or shipping issue — please let us know as soon as possible. We’ll happily fix it.
